Yea! finally got a team cap..todae go out wif li lin, bettina and my sis..we go IMM first 2 see the reebok cap..it cost $19.95... after seeing..li lin go and but food 2 eat as she has not eaten her lunch...we eat some of the fish tat she bought..=))) it is nice..hahas..den we call nicole, peggy, cheryl.... ask them if they could go out todae.. they all sae cannot..and tis bettina sae tat she had 2 go home by 4.30pm lor.. den we decided 2 go orchard.. bettina den went home.. on our way 2 orchard...we saw Nerine on the train..we called her name and she saw us..hahas..we called Yi Jun before we saw Nerine..Yi Jun did not pick up her phone..den we ask Nerine, where u ppl buy ur team cap? she told us tat they bought at Raffles link...the Adidas shop..den we ask her where 2 stop..she sae Raffles place..she stop at Commonwealth MRT station and go home..den the train went off.. the train were crowded wif ppl..5 stops to Raffles Place..den the train reached Raffles Place, and we got off... we went 2 the control station 2 ask the uncle how 2 go frm Raffles Place to Raffles City.. den the uncle told us we had 2 go City Hall stop den walk underpass..wad the hate lor..Nerine sae stop at Raffles Place..nvm den...we wait 4 another train 2 come..2 mins arriving.. the train come..we went in..comes 2 City Hall, we walk and passed by many shops..we saw Body Shop..got one smell wan... it smells so nice..hahas.. then we go Guardian go and buy eye patch..4 my lazy eye..=(( we contiune walking.. pass by Adidas shop..we go in and see.. the cap cost $19... got protection...when e sun shines, got UV Radition.. is gd..den we contiune walking..we walk 2 Marina Square... the place there is so nice..we went in and the floor is so slipply...=_= we saw Royal Sporting House...and we went in.. we saw the reebok cap.. we touch the quality..it is gd.. it cost $16.80.. so much different frm IMM Royal Sporting House lor.. so weird.. some more is the same quality..hehexx..got 10% discount..den is $13.50.. see so gd..IMM dont discount..=D see finish..we walk back to Raffles City.. we go Raffles Link and Marina Square 2 see all the caps liao.. is like we walk veri long lor... frm places 2 places..need bout 0.5 km..i think we had walk bout 2km liao...is gd 4 us.. we exercise too..hahas.. lol..we reach Raffles City..went in saw Body Shop again..hehexx.. we went 2 the Royal Sporting House 2 see also..is the same..so we decided 2 buy it here and Order first..we dont have much money.. we approach the woman 2 ask if we could order 14 caps... the woman dont understand wad we saying..hahas..den i sae one, four...den she understand tat we need 2 order 14 reebok caps.. hahas...so funny...hmmm...we r all so tired after walking around... we took 5 hours 2 see the caps.. and prices..=))

hey!. make new skin..=)))) i am veri lazy 2 make new skin..muz wait 4 veri long den change...hahas... on sat-19/11/05.. we had a match wif senior.. =D seniors won.. =) anyway we will win u next time.. i cannot give up easily as a catcher.. if i give up.. the whole team will gone...hahaas..is like running.. when it comes to the end of 2oom finishing mark.. some of them started 2 slow down.. den some of them over take them and sprit veri fast towards the end..=) i cannot 4 get wad coach(track) told mi..i really miss those training daes.. we get 2 compete wif other schs.. is veri fun.. had 800m race, 4 x 100, 4 x 400 m etc. sometimes got test on ur indiviual event.. when i am p5.. coach sae tat sss is not gd.. i agree wif tat as they only train in thier sch track. they never go outside 2 train..like hills.. hills training is important 4 long distance runner.. coach always bring as 2 bukit batok nature park 2 run and jog, as our pri holding sch is near there.. sometimes we go hills 2 training...the hill is so high.. is gd 4 us.. as our team is mostly long distance runners..hehexx.=)))

this morning got training...somemore raining..we go gym 2 put our bags den start training.. =))) we do circuit..aiya douno how 2 spell..=(( is fun doing circuit.. circuit helps us 2 strengthen our legs, movement and stemina..hahas..after doing for like 1hour...we rest 2 have water break..after water break.. we do 4 x shuttle run...around e netball court..frm goal post 2 goal post..
finished doing... bring equiment out... wait 4 e rain 2 stop..sainz.. den coach come....call ask 2 do..weight shift..put our hands on e wall n do..hahas..the hand is 2 support ourselves..muz do 50 times.den do 20 push up..finishing doing.. go field 2 do those 7 station.. 1st station is bunding. 2nd , is fence bat. 3rd fungo. 4th sliding..coach pour alot of water on the field where there are alot of mud...make us slide..my sletch is so dirty.. _=_ 5th throwing. 6th tyre bating. 7th fielding.. hainz...those hu never cum todae wan is veri luckly.. =))))

hmm..todae had piano lesson..hehexx..teacher kathleen let miox play 2 pieces of song frm K-POP bk..she let mi play korean songs..tis 2 songs r veri touching..but it is sad..these 2 songs r frm a show in channel U..i think is at 10pm show.. the wad tian tang.....i douno la...something like tat..((((= she told miox bout the story.. is veri sad la.. in e end douno hu died..=((((( but anyway i dont watch korean shows.. but she wan mi 2 watch as 2 expose more 2 all kinds og songs.. i hope i can..=))saw him todae le..

haiz....on mondae's training i hit 9 balls.. todae hit only 4 balls..diao..coach so bad wan..help e other team. but in e end we still win. coach help us 2 bat 10 balls..lol...=)))) jing fang bat, den penny bat.. penny bat e ball so far..nearly hit 2 SP...hahas..our group total hit 39 balls..i think..can't rmb.heheexxwow!.. todae's training quite tired... training ends at 1pm lor.so late...hahas..its fun using the pitching machine..den we hit e balls. my face,hand & neck burn like siao..veri red.. skin veri pain..but i like it..hehehexx...=D penny todae veri perverti lor.. any how hit ppl wan..douno wads wrong wif her todae..hahas...lala..oh noe..later she finds out i wrote it on my blog....douno wad will happen..= lol..after training..went out wif gigi.go eat mac..on our way 2 clementi mac. yan hui saw us.after tat den tok tok...go inside and we chat alot.. thx alot gigi..treat mi & my sis lunch... =))) yan hui told us alot of thing bout e pervert Mr. Singh. the literature teacher..den we got a shock lor.. he is so........... freak ass.... he is dam perverti.. he let those sec2 express ppl watch pawn show...eeeeee.....
